well of course. and any owner of a business feels each price issue personally. but it is important to put price in perspective on what it is you are evaluating the price for.
there are always two sides to a price question, the price you charge for your services and the prices you wish others to pay you.
the longer i am in business the greater my ability to be able to afford goods and services as my business grows, but from day 1 the best price i ever get is the price of the best company to do the job, or the lowest price or the highest price.
this quote is something i saw in a supplier of mines business and i thought it very pertinent to business….as it was it was the company making our new camper trailer.

Hey we love good humour here and we love great technology so I had to laugh hard and long when Yun our head Web Designer sent this through to me - yes me as an ELF - Merry Xmas!!
so i guess there needs to be some real camping stuff here. right now we are in the countdown to our annual camping holiday to the beach. we go - we park up - we camp - we relax. summer in Australia, camping by the beach.
getting ready involves the highly repetitive process of pretending you know what you are doing, looking at last years lists, trying to decipher all the great ideas you had that you planned to do all year long so you would be ready. And no matter how well you are organised and plan you never have them all done, somehow life just got in the way for 10 long months and now you feel the pressure of the immediacy of it bearing down on you.

Having recently returned from a 3 week international business trip it always feels great to be back home.
I know everyone says this, well most do, and for each person home is quite different. For me Australia is my home, even though not my birth country. I have lived and traveled through many countries in the world, and in some places I find it hard to see why people rush to get back there when there appear to be many problems or issues in that country.
I guess it is easy to be critical looking in from outside, and in my opinion, it is easy for us in Australia to criticize other countries. Heck we have huge land area, small population, limited exposure to some of the crowding issues that affect many countries and cities.

Further to my introduction I had a great time in Chicago at the Search Engine Strategies conference.
Conference attendees included companies like ours from around North America as well as a large number of Site owners and / or managers for medium to large US corporations who were looking to improve their understanding of how to optimise their sites for profit.
Not every site being optimised has something to sell directly but everyone should have a measure of what profit means for their site.
