Office Space / Coworking Brisbane – using our space better

When we moved into our new office just over a year ago, we were busting the seams on our old space and needed more.

At the time it felt like we would need more and more space to keep up. A year later, we have hit our maximum and have such a good space, I figured it was about time we made better use of it.

We have already got 1 complimentary business (marketing firm ‘Nutshell Marketing‘) sub leasing / sharing some space and the communal business facilities.

Watching the blogosphere and seeing all the press about Coworking and its development overseas and slowly here, it seems about time we did something a bit more proactive about making the best of the space.

So not truly coworking (I think we can’t quite be considered coworkers), but with a lot of individual space and some group space, and an easy going attitude, the office area seems to lend itself to being somewhere in between incubator / business hubs and coworking space.

Part of the dynamic of our team is we like to work with others. We have a great bunch of people, and room to add some other dynamos into the environment for networking, sharing ideas, socialising and mutually helping each other out.

So if you are looking for a professional fun space to help you do your business without all the issues relating to taking on a full blown lease, we have 3 ideal spaces for ranging from 12m2 up to 40m2, and some individual space as well.

With a shared a meeting room, catering space and reception, and the ability to tap into our ample broadband, if you feel you are looking to work with others, need your own private professional work space, or someone wanting to rent some desk space, drop us a line via this blog or my twitter account and we can see if the environment and conditions suit you.

The facts:

Location – Woolloongabba, Brisbane

Parking and Public transport very close by

Cafe next door (Brown Dog – it’s Good)

Lots of local amenities etc.

Hi Vanessa, sorry I missed this. Unfortunately (or fortunately for us) we have been able to move from our larger space and now have a smaller space without the availability.

    Kind Regards

Hi, good to see you had this idea, we have opened up a coworking space in the city in Burnett Lane, and have a few spaces available – check out http://www.citystudios.org

We are also working on a virtual community, and would be interested in any ideas on how to enable people to work together.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy
